Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will replace the goods or offer a refund. 

If you have received items that have been sent incorrectly, are faulty or damaged, please contact Triton's Support Office (03) 375 9431 to arrange a replacement. 

Please follow the instructions below to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Return Instructions

Complete the Returns Policy form at the bottom of your Packing Slip. If you do not have your Packing Slip, please include a note stating your name, address, email address and order number.

Triton Hearing will ensure all returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
