Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase. We will replace the goods or offer a refund (excluding postage).
Please follow the instructions below to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Use the original, undamaged packaging and return your purchase via your preferred courier.
Complete the Returns Policy form at the bottom of your Packing Slip. If you do not have your Packing Slip, please include a note stating your name, address, email address and order number.

If the goods you purchased are faulty, we will have them repaired or replaced or offer a refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
