We know this is a really difficult time for everyone across New Zealand right now. As a health care provider, your health and safety is always at the heart of what we do, so we wanted to let you know what we are doing to protect our customers and teams at Triton Hearing.

Service Update

From 5pm Tuesday 24th March, our clinics will be temporarily closing for a minimum of 4 weeks, in line with the Ministry of Health's guidelines.

Our client services team is operating throughout the closure. For any enquiries or support for your hearing needs or to order batteries, please call 0800 45 45 41 between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, to speak with one of our team. 

We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to opening again soon.

Purchase hearing aids batteries online and they will be delivered to your home. 

Appointment FAQs

Has my appointment been cancelled?
We are following the guidelines from the Ministry of Health which have asked that all non-essential businesses close for a minimum of 4 weeks. If you have an appointment scheduled with us, we will be in touch to cancel or reschedule it.

Please call us on 0800 45 45 41 to make changes to your appointment. 
I have a question about my hearing aids, who do I call?
Our customer services team will be working throughout our clinic closure. Should you have any queries or concerns, give them a call on 0800 45 45 41.
What hours are your customer service centre opening hours?
Our customer service centre is open between 8:30am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. We can help you with hearing aid and appointment queries. Give us a call on 0800 45 45 41
Can I book an appointment a future appointment?
While it is impossible for us to predict when lockdown will be over, we are more than happy to book you in for an appointment at a later date. Once we have confirmation for our clinics to reopen, you can then contact us to reschedule the dates to either a more suitable or closer appointment. Please call us on 0800 45 45 41 to book your appointment. 
Can I check my hearing at home?
At Triton Hearing, we are all about innovation and accessibility. We have created an online hearing check that you can do from your home - all you'll need is a pair of headphones.
