• We’ll upgrade your device every 3 years. Just like a mobile plan, at no change to your subscription cost, we’ll upgrade your hearing aid to a new model, every 3 years.
• No lock-in contracts. No, really. If you decide you’re not happy with your hearing device, you can give it back at any time with no cancellation cost.

ACC fully funded hearing aids

If your hearing loss is attributed to an accident, medical treatment, or is a result of workplace noise exposure, you may be eligible for fully funded hearing aids through the ACC claims process.

Phonak Paradise

Our most advanced device to date. Thanks to motion detection, Paradise knows when you're sitting down, and adapts by enhancing the sound of those you're physically facing without letting in too much background noise, improving conversation even in the busiest environments. It can also detect when you're up and about, and adapts by switching to omni-directional sound enhancement, letting you hear everything around you. This is just one of Paradise's incredible features.

Virtual Consultations

In many ways, our new virtual consults*, are even better than in-person.

• We can remotely make adjustments to your device, so you can go to the environments you spend the most time in, and we can adjust the device to suit.
• It takes a few appointments to get a hearing device perfectly tuned to your needs. So if you just need a small adjustment, being able to sort it out virtually means you can get it done in 5 minutes rather than an hour.
• Travel for your job? That’s never an issue with virtual consultations.
