What's included?

Annual Care+ Kit

Stay fully equipped with our Annual Care+ Kit, including domes, wax filters, replacement receiver, a cleaning kit and batteries if required.

Repair Service

Repairs to your hearing device through breakdown or accidental damage within manufacturers warranty period.

Replacement Service

No quibble replacement if your hearing aid is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged and can’t be repaired. A $600 fee is required for each replacement device.

Travel Service

TritonCare+ is valid whilst on holiday, up to a maximum of 31 days (at any one time). Your replacement or repair service is only available on your return to New Zealand.

Loan Service

If your hearing aid needs repair or replacement, we’ll provide a loan device if needed, so you always stay connected.
