While everyday items like batteries or repairs outside of manufacturers warranty may have a small fee, many services are funded through ACC or other government agencies — including assessments, approved repairs, and even new hearing aids when it’s time for an upgrade.

With Lifetime Care you'll always enjoy:
- Appointments and advice with our clinicians
- Over the counter clean and check for your hearing aids
- On-site changes of domes, thin tubes, filters, standard tubes
- On-site changes of receivers within receiver warranty
- Repairs or servicing covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Service fees are as follows:
- Onsite Clean & Check: Free, pay for consumables
- Offsite Service: $37.50 plus manufacturer repair fee
- Audiology consultation with hearing aid adjustment or re-programming: $80 per 30 minutes
- Medical Hearing Test: $80
