When you purchase your hearing devices from us, you’ll receive free care and support for the life of your devices - helping you get the most out of your hearing experience for years to come.
This includes free clinician appointments for regular check-ups, adjustments, and advice whenever you need it, at no extra cost. Our goal is to make hearing care easy, accessible, and ongoing, so you can focus on living life to the fullest without worrying about hidden service fees.
Care and support includes:
- Appointments with our clinicians
- On-site changes of domes, thin tubes, filters, standard tubes
- On-site changes of receivers, within receiver warranty and any other repair covered by warranty
Service fees are as follows:
- Onsite Clean & Check: Free, pay for consumables
- Offsite Service: $37.50 plus manufacturer repair fee
- Audiology consultation with hearing aid adjustment or re-programming: $80 per 30 minutes
- Medical Hearing Test: $80
Our Lifetime Free Care policy is designed to complement, not replace, any existing funding or entitlements you may have, and we will bill those funders for covered services accordingly.

- Fully-Funded 3rd Party devices: $1,200
- Purchased from a NZ provider: $1,200
We are able to readjust selected hearing aids brands. Please ask. Audiology consultations in-clinic service and support of the life of the device/s up to 6 years.
