Eligibility:

Offer applies to the private payment component of the purchase only.
Offer available to both ACC funded and Government subsidy clients.
ACC-funded clients must make a minimum private payment in addition to ACC Band funding: $500 private payment for binaural fittings (two devices). $250 private payment for monaural fittings (one device).
For ACC-funded clients, both the ACC Band discount and the promotional discount can be applied to the quote.

Exclusions:

Great Big Hearing Check 2026

Promotional Period: 1 March 2026 - 31 March 2026

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
2. The promoter is Sonova Audiologic Care New Zealand Limited, Unit 7, 6-8 Omega Street, Rosedale, Auckland, 0632. (Promoter)

Eligibility
3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18 (Eligible Entrants) excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Sonova Audiological Care New Zealand Limited and their respective related bodies corporate
4. The promotion commences at 12.01 am (NZ time) on March 1st 2026 and closes at 11.59 pm (NZ time) on March 31st 2026 (Promotion Period). Only entries that are received during that time will be eligible to win the prize

Competition entry
5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, complete an online hearing check at the website www.greatbighearingcheck.co.nz, or complete an iPad hearing check using one of the Triton Hearing iPad kiosks located in participating Unichem and Life Pharmacy, Farmlands or MTA partner locations during the promotion period
6. Entries are limited to one per client
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity, age, and proof of residency as a condition of receipt of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not (in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter) in accordance with these terms and conditions
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries
9. Sonova Audiological Care New Zealand staff are not eligible for the prize draw

Prize Draw
10. Prize draw will take place early April 2026
11. The judges’ determination is final and no correspondence will be entered into
12. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email that day

The prize
13. The prize draw consists of: 1 x pair of Phonak Enhanced or PremiumPro hearing aids, 1 x $2,000 Luxury Escapes gift voucher, 1 x $250 Unichem and Life Pharmacy voucher, 1 x $250 MTA gift card, 1 x $250 Farmlands gift care, 1 x Sennheiser Accentum headphones
14. The prize must be claimed by 31st of April 2026 from the winner's selected Triton Hearing clinic for the hearing aids and Sennheiser headphones, or by email/post for the other prizes
15. The prize does not include travel to a Triton Hearing Clinic for any appointments or to collect the prize
16. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter
17. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion
18. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
19. The Promoter reserves the right to judge a new winner in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize
20. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize

Innovation Days

Eligibility:

Cambridge Innovation Day (September 2025) — Offer applies to clients who attend Innovation Day in September 2025.
Nelson & Kerikeri Innovation Day (October 2025)— Offer applies to clients who attend Innovation Day in October 2025.

Offer:

$1,000 towards a pair of Premium and above hearing devices.
$200 Triton Accessory Gift Voucher.
$20 Triton Web Shop voucher with purchase of hearing devices on the day.

Conditions:

Voucher is only to be used by the intended recipient, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
If only one device is purchased, the offer value will be halved.
Ineligible: Fully funded Ministry of Health Fully-Funded Hearing Aids scheme, ACC Funded, Veterans Affairs, Triton Friends and Family, Pay as You Hear, and insurance replacement clients.
The offer is non-transferable, not available in conjunction with any other promotional offers, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
