1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
2. The promoter is Sonova Audiologic Care New Zealand Limited, Unit 7, 6-8 Omega Street, Rosedale, Auckland, 0632. (Promoter)

Eligibility
3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18 (Eligible Entrants) excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Sonova Audiological Care New Zealand Limited and their respective related bodies corporate
4. The promotion commences at 12.01 am (NZ time) on November 1st 2025 and closes at 11.59 pm (NZ time) on January 31st 2026 (Promotion Period). Only entries that are received during that time will be eligible to win the prize

Competition entry
5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period attend an appointment type where a pair of hearing aids are trialled, a hearing check or a hearing test.
6. Entries are limited to one per client
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity, age, and proof of residency as a condition of receipt of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not (in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter) in accordance with these terms and conditions
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries
9. The free hearing test does not include any GP or ENT reports or pre-employment checks. If any of these are required then Triton Hearings normal fees will apply

Prize Draw
10. Prize draw will take place early February 2026
11. The judges’ determination is final and no correspondence will be entered into
12. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email that day

The prize
13. The prize draw consists of one pair of Phonak Infinio Ultra Sphere hearing aids
14. The prize must be claimed by 20th of February 2026
15. The prize does not include travel to a Triton Hearing Clinic for any appointments
16. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter
17. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion
18. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
19. The Promoter reserves the right to judge a new winner in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize
20. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.  The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize

Eligibility:

• Exclusions:

Redemption:

• The promotional discount is applied at the time of quotation and purchase. Clients should mention the promotion when booking or confirming their purchase to ensure eligibility.

General Conditions:

All orders are subject to availability of stock. Triton Hearing reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without notice, provided this does not disadvantage clients who have already accepted eligible quotes within the promotional period. Innovation Days

Eligibility:

Offer:

• $1,000 towards a pair of Premium and above hearing devices.
• $200 Triton Accessory Gift Voucher.

• $20 Triton Web Shop voucher with purchase of hearing devices on the day.

Conditions:

• Voucher is only to be used by the intended recipient, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• If only one device is purchased, the offer value will be halved.
• Ineligible: Fully funded Ministry of Health Fully-Funded Hearing Aids scheme, ACC Funded, Veterans Affairs, Triton Friends and Family, Pay as You Hear, and insurance replacement clients.
• The offer is non-transferable, not available in conjunction with any other promotional offers, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
