Triton was recommended to me by someone who had tried others. She said they were great. And she was right. It was a bit of a journey but I was supported along the way. And that support is still available. I have a great result.

I read and liked the reviews for Triton Remuera on their website and decided to give them a go. Liz on reception was friendly and welcoming on arrival and Gary the Audiologist I saw was very patient and took time to explain in depth all the options and to answer my queries at both my initial consultation and on the fitting of my new aids. I decided to try the newly released Phonak Audeo Sphere hearing aids and I am now into my third day of wearing them and today was the big test for wearing them in the very noisy and crowded Pet Expo at the ASB show grounds, I could hear everything my friend was saying and could even hear the baby Alpaka's humming!!! I couldn't be any happier, it's a great outcome from both the warm and professional service I received at Triton Remuera and the new aids.

First visit went well. The staff were friendly and flexible. Explained testing process and results well. Prompt referral back to GP.

If your Hearing is playing up or you are not sure . Go get your hearing tested. You just never know this could make the difference . Triton Hearing make you feel welcomed. They have service annd hearing aids options you can choose to meet your financial obligations. Stress less get hearing again!

Very Good Experience. I was offered a welcome beverage. I saw Dr Bailey who was lovely. She explained step by step everything which made me understand the process. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend coming here for a hearing test.

Professional service that found the most effective hearing aids and settings for asymmetrical hearing loss. Fabian listened to my response to various settings and had competency and patience to make appropriate adjustments. It took a number of appointments. As improvements were made through the money back trial, I had confidence I had the best hearing aids and settings available. Thank you to Fabian and to Tritan for improved hearing.

Have had some serious ear health issues and now am finally able to get on with life thanks to the Stonefields and Remuera branches. Cannot highly recommend these guys enough. Do not hesitate, go see them, they will help you!

Went in because I was having some trouble with my hearing and hearing aids. I was promised support when I purchased the aids. I asked for an appt with a specific audiologist but was seen by someone else without explanation. While she was very professional, she did not bother with the courtesy of introducing herself. Throughout my half hour appointment I was made to feel that I was wasting her time. I left feeling stupid and ignorant and somewhat humiliated. If this is the " support" offered then you can keep it. I won't be back. To cap it off she canceled my March 2024 follow up appointment as she said I would no longer need it.

Great service received, to resolve an issue with on hearing aid. Very quickly resolved by the in-house team.

Excellent service - I’m on a pay as you hear plan initially signed up at a different branch, but I was in the area and urgently needed a replacement for a damaged dome. They found the right one exceptionally quickly (mine are not a normal size or type), and set this aside for me to collect. Very happy with the exceptional service - thanks!

I visited this store location as the one closest to me was booked out. Meena did my free hearing test and she was so lovely and kind! Very professional but also really friendly - highly recommend this one purely due to her customer service attitude :) There is parking on site but you do need to enter from the Remuera Road side, it is a one-way driveway and a little tricky to find as the building is on a corner. If you do miss the turn, you can park down the side roads - plenty of free parking but might be hard to find depending on the time of day.

The Team at Triton Hearin Remuera are exceptional. They’re professional to the highest standard. The audiologist is obviously very passionate about his work and it just shows right through. Starting from the receptionist everybody is so welcoming and make you feel comfortable straight away. Great experience.
