Excellent location and ambience. It doesn't feel like a clinic. Everything is explained very well. Information in Maori and English, culturally sensitive and safe. Liased with other health professionals and results are forwarded promptly to specialists as well as handed out to the patient. Definitely trustworthy!

I am arrived and greeted by a lovely reception lady, welcome me to the premises, then my audiologist Silver Huang came out and introduce herself with a lovely big smile, ask me if I would like a hot drink, a quick rapport was built while my hot drink is made, then escorted me into the assessment room, the room was filled with warm ambient, Silver was very throughout on every step of the hearing assessment and give me different option at the end of the session, overall it was a very pleasing experience to visit Triton hearing.
