I DONT NEED HEARING AIDS WHOO HOO!PROVING ALL MY HATERS WRONG! Also the people there are extremely nice, once you can find the clinic. Hospital reception kept giving me fake news and I felt like I wondered around the whole Clinic Campus for like 20 minutes until a doctor physically walked me there. If you're going to triton hearing maybe go 15-20 minutes early to give you time to actually find the place, hardly any signage. hospital staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming and will help you if you ask!

Had 3 appointments here. 1st cancelled 5 min before time. 2nd delayed and then late. 3rd cancelled after waiting 20min. No information given about what alternative aids were available. No accurate info on cost. Manager too busy to discuss issues. I could go on and on but if service is important to you I would recommend you try somewhere else

The reception/administration lady was lovely and friendly and offered to make me a hot beverage, which was greatly appreciated since I had a morning appointment. And the Doctor or specialist I had seen was quite nice, informative and lovely to meet with due to my hearing concerns.
