Had concerns re surfers ear and tinnitus. Made an appointment and had a very thorough hearing test and ear examination - 45 mins. Able to see my results immediately and the audiologist answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. What 100% impressive professional service - and amazingly this first hearing test is free - WOW! A big thankyou Triton hearing.

Two weeks ago I spent two days at home recovering from a throat infection. I could hear out of my left ear while the right ear was muffled sounds. One morning I was driving my son to work and trying to massage the gland on the right side below my ear when a policeman pulled me over to see if I was using a cell phone. He allowed me to carry on after I explained that my ear was blocked and I was massaging it. "Awkward moment... "" 8 P " In frustration I rang 3 Rivers Medical to end my dilemma. I was referred to Triton Hearing and as I was about to hang up they added " no cost for treatment". Wed afternoon an appointment was made, Thursday just before 2.30pm I was warmly greeted in reception. Treatment was painless, simple and well explained. The ear that I could hear had more gunk than the blocked one. 20 minutes later I walked out back to the world of sound with an invitation to come back after 2 years for a recheck. The day before, I was saying to friends " nothing in life is free" this required making the first step. Thank you Triton Hearing team. Kopu Hawaikirangi
