Just follow the simple steps to start your journey to better hearing:

Order your free hearing aid trial online - We have a range of hearing aids online to suit your lifestyle and individual listening needs. However, some of our devices are unavailable as they require in-clinic appointments before our audiologists can fit them. If you are interested in a hearing aid not available for an online trial, give us a call on 0800 515 515!
Speak to our Virtual Care team - After requesting your online hearing aid trial, our Virtual Care team will contact you. This initial discussion will be a short call where our team will ask you a few questions. These questions may include: if you have ever worn hearing aids, how you believe your hearing is at the moment, areas of difficulty for your hearing, your budget and lifestyle needs, and more. Our team will also organise a 'Virtual Hearing Aid Fitting' with one of our Virtual Care Audiologists.
Hearing aids delivered to your door - After your initial discussion with our Virtual Care team, a pair of hearing aids will be adjusted based on your potential needs and couriered to you.
Virtual hearing aid fitting and needs assessment - Once the hearing aids have arrived, you will have a virtual 'needs assessment' and hearing aid fitting with one of our Virtual Care audiologists'. They will adjust the hearing aids depending on your individual listening needs.
Free trial begins - Your free 10 day trial begins.
48 hour follow-up - Two days after your fitting, a follow-up appointment will be made to talk through how you are adjusting to the aids, if you have any questions and next steps etc.
Hearing aid decision - At the end of your 30 day trial, you can decide to keep the hearing aids by purchasing them outright or on our Pay As You Hear option.
1. To purchase a pair of hearing aids in New Zealand, you must have an up to date audiogram. If you have not worn hearing aids before or do not have a recent audiogram, you will need to visit us in-clinic to get a full diagnostic hearing assessment before purchasing the devices.
2. If you decide you are unhappy with your hearing aid trial, you can return them free of charge or visit us in clinic to trial a different model.
