Quick-fire Q&A with the Cambridge team

1. Why did you join Triton Hearing?

“I have been with Triton as a Hearing Care Specialist for three years. Prior to joining Triton, I worked in the travel industry – unfortunately COVID-19 caused havoc in that industry but I’ve never looked back. My partner lives with hearing loss and I have seen the difference hearing aids have made to their life. I am so happy to be part of such a positive and life changing experience for our customers and their families.” – Anita, Hearing Care Specialist

“Being able to offer my clients a wide range of hearing solutions and provide a continued free hearing care service, like Lifetime Free Care, is by far the best thing about working at Triton Hearing. Every day I feel inspired to give our clients the best possible service and find a solution that is personalised to their situation. I love working here.” - Learhmie, Audiologist

2. What do you like about working in Cambridge?

Have you heard? Cambridge was awarded the title of Aotearoa's Most Beautiful Large Town in 2019!

"I find working in Cambridge a pleasure! I have worked in many different towns in Aotearoa over the years and Cambridge is definitely my favourite town. The people we see here are the best. As we're a smaller town, it feels very local and we really get to know our clients.” – Alana, Audiometrist

3. How do you find living in a smaller town, away from big cities?

“We're lucky in Cambridge as we're situated in an amazing part of New Zealand. The town has grown so rapidly and absolutely buzzes over summer. You truly get the best of both worlds here. You're only a short drive to the beautiful East Coast beaches like Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and The Coromandel and the new Express Way means that heading into cities like Hamilton and Auckland is so easy.” – Alana, Audiometrist

4. What's the best part about the Cambridge clinic?

“Our Cambridge Clinic is one of the most beautiful clinics I have ever visited or worked in. The people in this town are kind and cheerful which makes the overall atmosphere very pleasant.” - Learhmie, Audiologist
5. Would you recommend Cambridge as a relocation destination?

“We moved from Auckland to Waipa seven years ago and have never looked back. Houses are affordable and where we live, even the smaller sections are huge. In the weekends you can find us visiting the farmers markets, riding at the mountain bike part, visiting cafes or heading out to explore the other towns in the Waikoto and Bay of Plenty regions. We are an easy drive from Auckland, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga and the Coromandel – what more could you ask for?” – Anita, Hearing Care Specialist
