Gone are the days of having to come into a clinic to see an audiologist if it doesn’t suit you. Virtual Care remote services give you the same care, experience and professionalism you would get in one of our clinics, from any location of your choosing.

How does Virtual Care work?

Virtual Care is the latest innovation in hearing. As the first provider in New Zealand to introduce Virtual Care to complement ‘in clinic’ services, we are incredibly proud to offer this service to our clients. Rather than coming into the clinic for an appointment with your audiologist, Virtual Care allows you to access support via a video call on your smartphone. All you need for this appointment is your devices, WiFi and a smartphone; your smartphone is a gateway for your audiologist to make adjustments to your hearing aids.

Virtual Care is free and unlimited

At Triton Hearing, you receive Lifetime Free Care and support with your new hearing device purchase, no matter whether that’s done with an appointment in-clinic or using the virtual Care service.

Will Virtual Care work for me?
  • Do you have Phonak Marvel, Paradise, Slim, Life, Lumity or Infinio hearing devices?
  • Are you a working professional?
  • Are you a busy parent?
  • Are you unable to travel to one of our clinics?
  • Are you time poor and unable to make time for appointments?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, Virtual Care may be a good fit for you and your lifestyle.

Getting started on your Virtual Care journey is simple!

If you're an existing wearer with remote enabled devices all you need to do is get in touch with our Virtual Care team to book your appointment.

If you're new to devices, your journey starts with a telephone consultation with one of our hearing care experts. They will discuss your lifestyle and individual listening needs and confirm an order for trial devices.

Next, one of our hearing care professionals will perform a hearing aid fitting in-clinic or virtually in your home through your smart phone.

You will need to visit the clinic for a final adjustment, ensuring that your devices are comfortable and suited to your listening needs is our top priority!

Finally, you will receive ongoing follow-up appointments for the life of your devices, virtually or in-clinic to ensure that your new hearing aids remain comfortable and correctly adjusted.

How can I get in touch?

If you would like to speak with an audiologist, but would rather not leave the comfort of your own home, give us a call on 0800 515 515 today or email us at virtualcare@tritonhearing.co.nz! Reconnect with you world – your way, your choice.
